What exactly is Stash?
In the simplest terms, Stash comes from my nickname 'Moustache Matt.' over the years it got shortened to ‘stache. And then top that off with living in a ski town where people are always talking about powder stashes and their favorite zones to ride. Stash seemed like the perfect combo for the fabrication shop, bringing in a bit of the mountain culture with my own personal twist.

Why fabrication and metal work?
I love creating things, especially one-off custom built pieces. Whether it’s building a custom part for a rock crawler or designing a decorative piece to hang in your home, I really have an appreciation for form and function to compliment style and art.
I'm always trying to come up with new designs and be as innovative as I can be. I approach with some out-of-the-box ideas to create new designs that I haven’t seen out there. My inspiration comes from everywhere - pop culture, fan favorites, local influences, the outdoors, you name it.
Especially when doing custom fabrication, the creative process is my favorite part. From brainstorming an idea, to CAD designs and then making this nebulous idea and vision a reality. And that's the reward, after all, seeing an idea come to life.
